FAQ
Frequently asked questions about booking and consultation, treatment preparation and recovery, and costs.
Booking · Consultation
How do I make a booking?
You can book through Naver Booking or by phone (02-6952-7503). We operate by appointment, so we recommend booking before your visit.
Can I come just for a consultation?
Yes, you can receive a diagnosis and consultation first without committing to a treatment. We review your condition and goals and design a direction together.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
If you contact us in advance before your visit, we will adjust your booking. Detailed policies are provided when you book.
Treatment · Recovery
Can I return to daily life right after the treatment?
It depends on the treatment and individual condition. Non-invasive lifting is generally known to allow a relatively quick return to daily life, but temporary redness, warmth, or swelling may occur. Recovery information for each treatment can be found on the detail pages and during consultation.
Is it painful? Is anesthesia used?
The level of sensation differs by treatment, and discomfort can be reduced with numbing cream or similar if needed. Pain sensitivity varies by individual, so we adjust it together during consultation.
How many sessions are needed, and how often?
The number and frequency of sessions depend on the program and your individual condition and goals. We design a reasonable plan through diagnosis and consultation.
How long do the effects last?
When effects and responses appear and how long they last may vary by individual. Rather than asserting results, the clinic transparently explains the evidence and process.
Costs · Other
How can I check the costs?
You can view all treatment items and compositions in our non-covered (not covered by Korean national health insurance) treatment items guide. Treatment costs are posted at the clinic and provided during a private consultation according to your individual composition. Amounts quoted are VAT excluded.
Is parking available?
Parking is available in the building. We will explain where to park and how to validate your parking when you visit.
Can I get a consultation from overseas?
We offer dedicated care for international patients (video pre-consultation, interpretation, schedule planning, and aftercare). Please see our Global Care page.
