Ultherapy Prime
Genuine, Exact-Shot Lifting Down to the SMAS
Lifting that begins not at the surface,
but in the deeper layers
Ultherapy is a lifting device known to focus high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on a single point, delivering energy to deep layers without incising or damaging the skin surface.
It is particularly noted for being able to target the SMAS, which is considered the foundation of firmness, and treatment is performed by adjusting depth and shot count according to skin thickness and degree of sagging. The degree and timing of change may vary by individual.
Where Ultherapy Is Used
Depth and shot count are planned differently for each area of the face. Treatment areas are determined after examination.

Looking at Depth, Layer by Layer
Ultherapy is performed by switching between transducers of different depths to suit each area. The standard is not greater strength, but placement at the appropriate depth.
- 1.5mmSuperficial
Shallow Layer
Addresses the shallow dermis close to the skin surface. It is known as the depth mainly used in the finishing stage for thin areas close to the surface; the eyes and the inner eyelids are not treated.
- 3.0mmMiddle
Middle Layer
Targets the mid-depth around the cheeks and jawline. This is the reference depth in overall facial planning.
- 4.5mmDeep
Deep Layer
This configuration reaches the deepest layer. Suitability is decided after checking skin thickness and condition.
Depths shown are based on transducer specifications; the actual depth and combination are decided after checking your skin condition during consultation. We use only genuine devices and genuine transducers, and we report the exact number of shots used after treatment.

Four Lifting Treatments: How Do They Differ?
Ultherapy, Thermage, ONDA, and Virtue RF are not ranked by superiority; they differ in how energy is delivered and which skin layers they mainly target.

How Shot Count Is Decided
We don't start by choosing a number. We first decide which areas to treat.
- Shot Count Is Not Intensity
300, 600, and 900 shots differ not in strength but in the area covered. More shots do not make the treatment stronger.
- The Area Comes First
After deciding the areas to treat, we set a shot count that matches that area. We don't force in extra shots just to use them up.
- On the Day of Treatment
Depending on shot count, it takes about 30–60 minutes, and numbing cream is used if needed.
- Afterward
It is known to allow a relatively quick return to daily life, and the timing of the next session is decided in consultation based on progress.
We perform the treatment with exactly the shot count we stated, and we report the number of shots used after treatment.
FAQ
How does Ultherapy (HIFU) work?
It is known to focus high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on a single point beneath the skin, delivering energy to deep layers without incising or damaging the surface. It is particularly noted for being able to target the SMAS, which is considered the foundation of firmness.
Does the treatment hurt? Is anesthesia used?
The degree of pain and heat felt during treatment may differ depending on the area and the individual. If needed, we can use numbing cream or similar for comfort, and the exact method is decided in consultation during your examination.
Is there any downtime? When can I wash my face and wear makeup?
You may feel temporary redness or warmth right after the treatment, but most people return to daily life quickly. Face washing and basic skincare can generally be continued as usual, though we recommend avoiding harsh treatments for a while. Reactions may vary by individual.
Are more shots always better?
The number of shots is best understood as a measure of the treatment area and how energy is distributed across each zone. Rather than more always being better, what matters is planning the appropriate number of shots after a consultation, based on your skin thickness and degree of sagging.
How much of a difference will I see, and when?
The degree and timing of any change in firmness may vary by individual depending on skin condition. Whether the treatment is suitable and what you can expect will be explained during your examination and consultation.
The right number of shots and plan for you,
we'll work it out together during your examination and consultation.
