VOLUME & BALANCE
Filler

Volume & Balance

Before how much to fill, we look at left-right symmetry and overall balance.

THREE PRINCIPLES

What We Hold to Before Filling

We see filler not as a matter of quantity but of placement.

Read the whole

We Read the Whole Face First

We don't look at just one hollow-looking spot. We first identify, across the whole face, what is pulling your overall impression down.

Only where needed

Placed Only Where Needed

Filling a lot is not the goal. Our principle is to place only as much as is needed, only where it's needed.

Leave room

Leaving Room for Later

We don't aim to complete it in one session. After seeing how it settles, we decide through consultation whether to add more.

SETTLING IN

While It Settles

How you look on the day of treatment is not the final result. We follow the settling period together.

  1. Same Day
    Swelling Comes First

It may look more swollen than the amount injected. You don't need to judge the result by how it looks at this stage.

  2. Days 3–5
    It Subsides

Swelling gradually goes down and the contours emerge. Any remaining bruising can be covered with makeup.

  3. Around 2 Weeks
    This Is When We Assess

We check the settled result and decide together whether to add more or leave it as is.

Recovery and how quickly it settles may vary by individual; details are provided during your pre-treatment consultation.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently Asked Questions About Filler

Once it's injected, can it not be reversed?

Hyaluronic acid fillers are known to be adjustable with a dissolving enzyme. If you are not satisfied with the shape, we will review adjustment options together through a medical consultation. Applicability may differ depending on the product type.

How long does it last?

It varies greatly depending on the product, area and individual metabolism. We don't promise a uniform duration, and we advise on your next visit based on your progress.

Can it be done so it isn't noticeable?

That's exactly why we choose to divide it over sessions rather than filling a lot at once. We decide whether to add more after checking how it settles.

Can I return to daily life right after the treatment?

Generally yes, but swelling or bruising may remain. If you have an important event coming up, please let us know in advance and we'll adjust the timing together.

BEFORE YOU START

Before We Begin, We Check the Following

Filler areas and dosages differ from person to person. Please let us know the following before treatment.

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • If you have had filler in the same area before
  • If you have had a hypersensitivity reaction to fillers or anesthetics
  • If you are taking medications such as anticoagulants
  • If there is inflammation or a wound in the treatment area

For an accurate assessment, please feel free to share your current medications and health status during consultation.
